The art of poi is all about co-ordination, workout, dance and fun. Find out more about regular workshops on poi technique and various tricks. We also offer special poi dance workshops that focus on movement and dance.
Staff workshops
Individual tricks or whole choreographies, one or more staffs, spinning, throws or contact staff techniques. The art of staff spinning is multifaceted. The Staff Kitchen offers loads for budding staffers to learn and try out.
Hula-hoop workshops
Hula-hoop combines balance, body awareness, playfulness and sport in one. And there's no denying it - it's fun! Once you've been bitten by the hoop bug, there'll be no stopping you. The hula-hoop workshops are aimed novices and advanced hoopers alike.
